Life With A Busy Weekend Celebrating

So this was a great weekend! Saturday was Ray's 32nd Birthday so we had a good day celebrating him! He got up and took Max for a LONG walk around the hospital up here and I had breakfast waiting for him when he got back. I made eggs, turkey bacon and pancakes. :) After lunch we got ready and we headed out to the mall. All he wanted for his bday was clothes so we went shopping! He found a couple of items. We also go my rings & earrings cleaned and picked up some yummy Cinnabon! :) We then went home to get Max and head out to dinner!
Ray chose to go to the Crab Pot for his dinner. It was a wonderful choice and we all had plenty to eat! I love that they just pour the food on the table and you eat everything with your hands!
Mom, Shawna & Randy - ready with bibs!
Ray with his HUGE birthday beer!
Getting ready to dig in!
It tasted as good as it looks!

Enjoying all the food!
The destruction

So after dinner we headed back to Ray's mom's house to finish celebrating and to give her her Mother's Day gift. She got an ice cream cake and Shawna and I were the only ones to have any! Ray got a gift card to the Mariner's store which is great because he was just saying how he needed a new Mariner's T-shirt...we need to go to a game now! His mom gave him a gift card to Eddie Bauer to buy some more clothes! :) We gave his mom an oven. It was a used one but a lot newer and better than the one she had that was over 20 years old! I got some cards from Mom and Shawna & Randy for my first Mother's Day! :) Someone that Rhonda works with went shopping and got us a bunch of stuff off of our registry! It was so sweet of her! We don't even know her and she got us a bunch of stuff! I am so grateful for everything people have done for us so far!

Then today to celebrate Mother's Day we went over to my parents house for lunch. We brought our guitar for Rock Band so that we could all play something. Here are the boys playing away with the volume up crazy loud! We had chicken, ceasar salad, french bread and corn for lunch. We brought some Coldstone cupcakes but I pulled out of the 7-11 parking lot too quickly and ruined them all - they still tasted good though! We also had Angel Food Cake with strawberries! We like our dessert! :) My mom showed me photos from her trip to Ecuardor. She had a great time and took lots of photos of the kids that the kids in Sunday School sponsor.

Max begging Grandpa for ice cream

Max is exhausted after a long weekend...and we just found fleas on him from going to Grandma's......gotta run! This is how we ended our weekend! We were both bawling! I just sat there and hugged and kissed Max as much as possible!
