Life With A Max Update

So we took Max to the vet again on Monday and he is doing much better. He is trying really hard to walk! He can stand up but still not use his feet properly when he stands. He moves his legs when he scoots along the floor so he just needs to build his muscle back up so he can do both at the same time! He is also wagging his tail which is exciting since he hasn't wagged his tail at me in almost a month! He is starting to be more like the real Max, so I hope that means he is feeling better. He is like our little alarm for Elli, when she is in her bedroom and starts crying Max will make sure we know she is awake by either whining or looking from us to the hallway...too funny! He has also gotten interested in his ball again and it is sad when he wants to play and can't. :( At least we have hope that he is getting better! :)

Life As Elli

Hi...this is Elli and I wanted to show you my cute room by showing you what it looked like before Mommy and Daddy made it all pretty for me! Right now I love to smile, I try really hard to laugh but I can't quite figure it out, I can stick my tongue out at you, I love my bath time (I splash Mommy a lot), I eat A LOT (Mommy says my bottles are expensive), I get the hiccups a lot just like my Mommy, I don't poop as much but they sure are messy when I do (hehe), I can say 'aaaaahhhh' really well. I hope you enjoy the tour of my room before me and after me! I'll try to make some time in a few weeks to tell you some more stories! Have a nice day!

This is my room now, don't you love my bookshelf? Mommy made me a BIG photo of everyone that met me before I was 6 weeks old so I can see them everyday and never forget how loved I am!
Wasn't this room so sad and boring? I'm glad it doesn't look like this anymore!
Grandpa bought me my dresser and I love to look at the pictures on the wall when I get my diaper changed.
This is the rocker I got from my Great Uncle Dood. Mommy and I spend a lot of time here!
This was my closet before I was born, they started getting clothes early! There are even blankets taking up room in there and that is ALL they had.
Look at my closet now! Mommy says there isn't room for anything else!! Good thing we got that dresser from Grandpa so I can have more clothes! :)
Daddy put this up on my wall, I know it is hard to see but it says 'Some people dream of angels. I hold one in my arms.' I guess that is what Mommy thinks when she rocks me in the glider below this.
This is my favorite shelf! See all my fun hippos? And the hippo frame with me and Grandma is my fav! They even put my name on the wall (and believe me, those letters aren't going anywhere!)
