Jordan is now 12
On Saturday we had Jordan's bday party. It was his 12th bday. It was supposed to be a boy/girl party but he broke up with his girlfriend last week so it turned out to be a total of 7 boys. So Olga, Ray and I took them to Red Robin and to see the movie 'The Benchwarmers' I'm not too sure if I want any boys now! The movie was actually pretty funny. Dinner was crazy with all of them and then opening presents. As soon as presents were done they went straight to the XBOX, totally skipped the cake and ice cream! Jordan was having a blast though! I can't believe how old he is getting! One of his friends gave him a razor for one of 'presents' as a joke. Pretty funny. He's so tall too! Matt and Parker ended up stopping by too and it was great to see them again. Especially Matt. So after the boys started playing XBOX we adults hung out and talked until I started falling asleep on the couch.
On Sunday it was so beautiful out so Ray and I got Quizno's and ate outside at Marymoor Park. It was so warm and a totally clear sky! They have a rental there called 'Calise Mansion' and I decided that if I ever get married that is where I want my reception to be. It was beautiful! It was an older style house but it is kept up really well along with the landscaping. Out back there is a gazebo and a large area so that guests can mingle inside and out. I took lots and lots of pictures of all the pretty trees. We also found the dog walk they have there. We went over to check it out and there were soooo many dogs! I can't wait until I get another one next year!!! We did a little shopping at Target, I think I shop there every weekend! And then I made Honey Dijon Chicken with salad and rice for dinner. We had his mom over since Jason is out of town. That was nice, nice to have the apartment to ourselves too. So that's my weekend. We'll see how this week goes. I'm exhausted today and I have school tonite.
School is going ok so far. I hope I start to get into it more. I'm more interested in Mary Kay now and that's not good since my parents paid for me to take this Real Estate class. Let's hope I understand stuff a little more tonite then I did when I read the chapter.

What If It's True....
On Saturday I made a pickle and olive plate...even though Ray and I don't eat olives...to take to his mom's to for an early Easter dinner and to watch the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship for those that don't know) pay-per view fight. Two of the fights were great! The Forrest/Tito fight was good. Tito should not have won by split decision but I guess that's life. The Adrei/Sylvia fight was awesome. Ray was so into he was clapping so hard his hands turned red! We had a nice ham dinner around 3. I brought stuff to make guacamole to have while watching the fight around 7 but one of my avacadoes was moldy and so then I didn't have enough and it was disgusting!! I was so disappointed! I've never made gross guacamole. Rhonda (ray's mom) gave us some Easter buckets filled with all sorts of candies. That was so sweet of her!
On Sunday I went to church with Olga, Tom, Jordan and my Matthew. I ran into Jessica's parents there and got great news! Sarah got engaged and will be getting married next year! The sad part is that her and Kloey will be moving to Montana. :( I got more sad news from Jess that day too. Her and Steve are moving to Florida now instead of back up here. I am sad that I won't have them around but at least I have a nice place to go and visit!!! Well, the message on Sunday was "What if it's True?" Perfect since I'm always asking what if questions. It was a good service and it was so nice to see Matthew again! He is doing better now. He's working and has a nice Audi that he got with his own money and is making the payments on. He's going back to school to at Everett CC. I'm proud of him that he is working at getting his life back in order.
After church I went out to my aunt's house for some more ham dinner and family time. Everyone was there but Melissa. She will be home in May though so I'm super excited to see her! We had an egg hunt for the younger kids, not that young anymore. Jace is the youngest and he is almost 5. We got to see pictures of their trip to Disneyworld. My mom brought me back a cool cookbook from Disneyworld and a pink apron that has a picture of Minnie and says 'kiss the cook' I love it! Here are a couple pictures of the kids. All the kids under 16 and Jace with his bucket of eggs and my cute cousin Janae.

blah
I did get my first college book last night. It is 500 pages and wow! So much info in there! I read half of the first chapter. There is so much to real estate that I never knew about! I start on Monday and I'm so nervous.
Last night I ordered a pizza but they messed up. Long story short. It went out for delivery when I asked for carryout so I got a free pizza! :D ISn't that nice. Tonight is another boring food night. One of my favorites but I make it so often that it isn't special. French dip sandwiches with shoestring french fries and a nice fruit smoothie for dessert. LIke how I throw something healthy in after those fries? And tomorrow night I want to find a recipe for either sweet & sour chicken or for almond chicken and then I'm making another new cheesecake...#5!
And I just found out from Julie today that I'm getting my bday and Christmas presents! I'm usually the one that is 6 months late but I was actually on time this year! I like that my bday can last into April! :D Aren't I special! :D

A wonderful weekend!
We had a yummy polish sausage on the street outside. It's much better than the ones inside and a lot cheaper too. It was hard to eat since it was rainy and windy but with those onions...yuummmm. I got some garlic fries in the stadium. I really like them, I really like garlic but they do smell better than they taste. I ordered a Dr Pepper (yes I'm still hooked) in the big souviner cup because I use it for water here at work (I still have last years on my desk). Well, they gave me Diet Pepsi instead and so I waited in line to get a new one and the lady behind me was shocked that I waited so long just for that (I guess I'm just too nice to cut in front of people). The game was soooo cold. It was warm when we left the house (even though it was raining) so we didn't think of bringing a blanket along...big mistake. We froze! It was a pretty boring game but the ceremony before the game was nice.
It was Dan Wilson farewell night. He has been the Mariner's catcher for 12 years!! It was so sad to watch him leave. They had a great ceremony for him. Now I've had to say goodbye to Edgar and to Dan and both nights made me cry. It's funny how sometimes it seems like we really know them just because they've been here for so long.
So on Sat night after the game we went and rented 'Crash'. We were almost done withthe movie and it froze! So now I have to wait to get it on NETFLIX to know how it ends. At least we got a refund since we couldn't see the end!
On Sunday I went shopping and to lunch with Olga. She needed some new shoes to go with the gorgeous new suit she got to wear to meet Dick Cheney. She is on a friend's campaign crew, he is running for congress and they are having lunch with Cheney on the 17th (she is beyond excited). I saw an apron (I didn't have one yet!) in Williams & Sonoma that I loved and she got that and a pink spatula for me! :D So nice of her! I love them! They match my kitchenaid mixer! :D We had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. We both had the Grilled Chicken Avacado Club...the most delicious sandwich ever! I gave her my tomotoes and I got her bacon...:D I had chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake...that was very very rich! I had to save some for lunch today. I got Ray some to take home, just the original for plain ol' Ray and he said he likes MY cheesecake more than theirs! :D (and he meant it, I could tell by his face when he took his first bite, he wasn't too impressed)
So, that was my fun weekend, I'm off now so I'm going to go get my first college book, I start next Monday and I'm nervous!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
So since I'm always making the guys food they gave me a good idea. To start a lunch program here at work. I would make my dinner and make extras to take to people at work who have signed up for lunch that day. The only problem I am having is price. I know that if I make it too high people won't want to buy because they could pay that somewhere else and I don't want to make it too low because then I won't be getting any profits. I love cooking for people, it is one of my favorite things to do but I don't want to go even more broke by doing this. And buying groceries would be hard since most of the time I'm not just buying groceries for me, I'm buying groceries for four since my family eats whatever they want, even if I pay for it. So I'm still thinking about this concept. It may be hard too once school starts and I have to go straight there from work.
So even though lunch was good today, the rest of the day isn't. I'm not sure what her problem is but Adrienne, my supervisor, has been had a pissy day for like a month now. I know that I do let things get to me but when it's day after day after day of complaining and yelling and just being rude, it wears on ya. So today is not good, just the air in this office is thick and hostile. I wish I was back up front, at least I'd have some sunlight then.
Good thing, it has been so nice here the last couple of days. The sun has been shining and the trees are blooming! What a beautiful great NW!
So today at lunch, Carl's wife brought him lunch and the boys came in with her. They are so cute. Well, little Bryon is pretty shy and doesn't usually go to people that he doesn't know but he suddenly took a liking to Ray. He gave him a hug and then asked to go to him (asking by putting his arms out and say 'uhhh') and he just sat there in Ray's lap even when mom and dad left the room. He didn't cry or anything. He was all leaned back and comfortable. It was the most adorable thing ever! Made me want one of my own with Ray! Guess I'll have to wait a little longer.
OK, I'm really frustrated now. I've tried so many times to put pictures on here to show you but they are only letting me put one picture on!! I give up

Help!
Just wanted to give everyone a little background on the title of my blog. I am a big dreamer. I'm always daydreaming and wishing for things I can't have. My boyfriend, Ray, is a guy that asks a lot of 'what if' questions. Sometimes they just make me laugh and sometimes he has some pretty good ones. So you may see some of his 'what if's on here from time to time.
So now that I have started all of this I need help. I just figured out how to change the links to other websites. My one question is, how do I add a link for people to look at pictures...and how do I post pictures? So any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hello!
Ok, so I love Rachael Ray. I watch her shows on the weekends (since we don't have the food network at my parents) and I have cookbooks and DVDs. So I've tried this recipe she did on Oprah the 'You Won't Be Single For Long Vodka Cream Sauce'. Well, I don't know what I did but both times I tried making it, it didn't work. So, needless to say, I got frustrated and didn't cook anything for awhile. Well, I brought my Rachael Ray "365-No Repeats" book to Ray's and made him find something for me to make. So last night I made "Burley Man-Sized BBQ Chicken Burgers with Spicy Coleslaw" and oh my goodness!!!! THEY WERE AMAZING! I of course ate too much, I do this on a regular basis, if you haven't noticed the weight gain....But anyway, these were so good! Really recommend them to anyone. And I wasn't too sure because I really don't like spicy stuff but the coleslaw wasn't spicy (I made sure I didn't get any with red peppers in it) and with the slaw on top of the burger with the cheese inside the burger...so good!
